I've stayed twice, the reception staff are very lovely. Check in and out is very quick and seamless. Stand-out employee is the women in the formal dining area with shoulder length hair who takes orders, serves etc. Such lovely service from her, she deserves to be recognised for her service. The food in the dining area is very high quality which I would expect from a 5 star restaurant. The dining area is also very nice.

The rooms are clean and comfortable but I think the ambiance of the rooms could be improved quite significantly. The lovely staff make up for this though and I have returned and would do so again.
